Dear CNET and other members,
Please Help! After downloading "The Clock 1.0.0.3" and extracting all of the files, I can't get it to run. I've tried clicking on all extracted items to no avail. There doesn't seem to be a ".exe" file. I don't know if it is only a problem with my computer (although I have downloaded numerous programs from the CNET site with no problems), or if it would be a problem with any computer. (I have Windows XP.) I've read all of your help files and nothing helps.
Also, it doesn't show up on the Start Menu under "Programs" or under "Add/Remove" programs.
If you could send this on to your technicians and try to figure out what the problem is, whether it be with my computer or on any computer, I would be so thankful!
I really like this clock, if only I could get it to work/run.
Could it be a problem with a Security setting or some other setting or missing file?
I use Microsoft Windows XP (service pack 3) and use the latest version of MS Internet Explorer. My computer is a Dell.
