Question

please help blue screen of death!!

When I watch videos on youtube and i don't touch my mouse for like 10 minutes, my screen dims and goes dark and the audio starts skipping and stuttering, then when i move my mouse, the skipping sounds go away and my screen goes back to normal. Please help me. This is a 2008 dell laptop. And i'm sure I have enough memory. Sad

Try this

Go here; http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

If your Flash Player is ok you will see the logo spin around then stop. Right click that area, then select Settings. Then remove the tick for "Enable hardware acceleration".

Try a YouTube video and test.
