That might be a (missing) component of Norman antivirus. Assuming you have another antivirus working and no other problems and only help from family and friends and colleagues when you're back in Sweden (so you have no friends or colleagues or repair shops that can help in Amsterdam), I would just accept it as it is for these 2 months.
When getting a laptop from a source that's not fully trusted, it's best to go back to factory conditions and start all over yourself. But that can't be done via teamviewer.

Hi
I am a swedish girl studying 2 months in Amsterdam before going home to my family again . But I'm having some annoying problem with my laptop, and I'm not good at this Its a laptop that was originaly my ex boyfriend's, so I'm not sure for how long, or why, the problem is there.
The message "ZLH.EXE cannot be found." keeps popping up every hour or so, and when I close it, another error message appears. I can close them both, and my pc works fine after that, but its pretty annoying
I am familiar with teamviewer, and I have it on my pc for remote control. Would be nice if someone could use it to help me
