Please help!

When I turned on my computer this morning, an error message popped up on the desk top that reads;

"This system is shutting down. Please save all work in progress and log off. Any unsaved changes will be lost.
This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.

Time Before Shutdown: 00:00:59

I cannot run my virus program or access the internet. I also tried safe mode but all I can accomplish is to open document files.
I don't want to format because I run my business off this computer.
Any suggestions??? Thanks!

Re: running business from computer

The right thing to say should have been:

I run my business off my computer, so I really need it. Before executing my disaster plan, however, I wonder if you do you have useful suggestions?

What's your disaster plan?
