Please help

I recently shut down my PC.When it restarted all the icons were bigger and the resolution was out of whack.Everything is blurry.It looks like you are looking at all the images thru a magnifying glass.I am not sure how to fix this.I think I need to restore my active desktop but am not sure how to get to the Resore Active Dektop Link - Please help
