Please Help

Hi,

I am totally new to camcorders. I never had any one before. Since last couple of weeks I am doing homework on this. My budget is around $400-$450. And my main requirements are as per below.

1) Better in low light (Bcos mainly I will be shooting my 1 year baby in home)
2) Easy connectivity and download to computers
3) Can be used as a web cam
4) Better still resolution (Atleast 1025 * 76Cool

My search has ended for 4 models. Sony DCR-PC55 or Canon ZR400 or JVC GR-DF550US or Panasonic PV-GS35. Can anyone suggest which one should i go for. This 4 models are also available for this thanksgiving sale. So, I will appreciate quick reply.

Thanks in advance.

Regards.
