Virtually anything you get from peer-to-peer (P2P) programs will be illegal. Music, movies, TV shows, software... Unless you paid for them, from a place such as Apple's iTunes store, it's illegal in the western world (US, Europe, Australia).

There are exceptions, but that will serve you pretty well as a rule of thumb. If you get caught, as a minor in the US, your parents would then be liable for the damages. So it's probably best to stay away from P2P programs in general for that reason alone. Not to mention all the nasty little programs that tend to get bundled with them that mess up your computer.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
