Guys....I am a designer and I have designed several of the website including different CMS and framework. I am in website designing from past 7+ years and I have also make different blogs where I post my latest designs and ideas for designing as well. This time I need your views as this forum is for designer so I think here I can get my best problem answer. Please let me know what things you don't like about the design and what you like the most so that I can deliver it to my client ASAP.

Below is the link of the image. Please check and let me know what you think.

Good:
1. It says fashion, which I think is what you're going for.
2. It looks very clean and focuses on the products.
3. The colors and typeface work.

Review:
1. Especially in the first screenshot, there are too many arrows. Arrow on the buy button, arrows on the images, arrows going left and right. Maybe after interacting with them it becomes clear, but at first glance, it looks confusing.
2. The menu with the head -> screen -> spreadsheet. It's not clear what that is or what it does.
3. The last screenshot, it's a cool concept, but if this is for selling, I'm not sure how useful it is. Are people to click next next next in each of the boxes the browse products? Is each box limited to a category of products? It looks good, but I don't think it's made for selling.

I can't stress Kee's comment enough: if this is for a client, ask the client.

As an exercise, think about the goal you're trying to achieve on each of the screenshots. What do you want the visitor to do? Screenshot #1 and #2 say "Buy Me," whereas screenshot #3 and #4 look more like a catalog. If this is an e-commerce site, it should convey "Buy Me" on every page.
