Playing online videos

Hello

I have Vista ultimate

My problem is, when i try to play videos from a web site they will not play . The video screen comes up but it is either black

with an X in the top left corner or ot says "Loading video please wait" but nothing loads . Sometimes i get a message to upgrade WMP

I can play my own videos or ones that others have sent me ,is just the ones on web sites
I have Windows media player 11 for vista and have flash installed

Can anyone help

Call the machine's maker and ask for fix or refund. It's broke, you paid for this?

Im talking about videos that are embedded in web pages like tutorials and news videos

Almost any machine you buy with Vista is still under warranty. Show them the defect and ask for a fix or your money back so you can get a working machine.
