Question

Playing iPhone videos on a Windows 7 homePC

Aug 10, 2015 5:40AM PDT

My iPhone 6+ videos play sideways after I move them to my Windows home pc> I plug iPhone into usb port, the dialogue box pops up asking if I want to access the phone, I say yes and move or copy the videos. I have asked 4 "Geniuses" so far and nobody knows how to get videos to play correctly. Can you help?

..... you could turn your monitor sideways. Laugh

Seriously, I don't have an answer, but you could try asking on the Apple.com forums. Good luck.

If you know AirMore, you can easily play your iPhone videos on Windows 7 PC even without using USB cable. As long as you scan the QR code and then connect your phone with Airmore, you can play any media files on your PC.
