Hi I am looking for the best platform for my website, currently I am on WP (my site is enezafurniture.in) , which platform offers more features and a better design?

What features are you missing in WP, and what's bad about the current design? Nobody can advise about a change if you don't tell what has to change.

In your original post you asked about another platform. Now you're asking for improvements to your current Wordpress site. That's something quite different.

A common e-commerce platform is Magento. But if you google the term you'll find many more.

Unless you are using wordpress.com to host your site, then you can do just about anything to your wp site with the only limitation being your imagination and your coding skills. IMO, wp is the easiest to work with. But to answer your question, a couple popular platforms are joomla! and drupal,
