I have a 32" Toshiba HDTV. I am connected to verizon FIOS.
There is no set top box or DVR. The set uses a Motorola cable card.
The set is experiencing Pixilation on certain channels. The HD channels are fine but the standard channels are pixelating.
I have had Verizon Techs out to my home on various times over the last couple of months.
I spoke with the Cable Card technical people at Toshiba and they said that the signal should be between 32min and 36max. While checking the signal strengths this seems to be true. The channels below 32 are pixelating and the others above 32 are fine.
Verizon doesn't seem to know how to correct the problem and I hope someone out there can help me.
