Question

Pixel of doom.

May 12, 2015 1:01PM PDT

I have a green pixel in the upper left hand corner of my screen. At first I thought it was a dead pixel but usually with dead pixels you cant get them to go away, but I can.

If I open menu -> picture settings -> picture positioning I can tap left or right and the green pixel will also slide to the left or right as well. It appears to be attached to the video feed or something.

It happens on my HDMI inputs, one is digital cable box, the other is my RaspberryPi computer.

Any advice or help is appreciated, should I take this TV back to the store? I just bought it tonight.

Same issue
May 13, 2015 1:30PM PDT

This new TV has the same issue. Got a crappy video of it on my iPhone

I need to reach out to other owners of this model and figure out if this is an issue with all of these
