Question

Pioneer VSXLX103 A.R. Please help!!

Hey Everyone,

I recently had new A.R. Installed in a sounds closet in my house. I have 4 devices directly connected to the machine that play successfully. The actual smart tv is connected via cat5, but the audio isn’t being received. How do I troubleshoot this without ripping my hair out?!!

CAT 5 doesn't sound right to me.

I use CAT 5 for mostly network connections. I would be left to guess if the CAT 5 was used for other than networking and most smart TVs don't play with receivers over network connections. Can you share the receiver's PDF and what page I need to see how this was setup?
