Pioneer VSX-1020-K vs. Yahmaha RX-V667

by manimal1147 / August 25, 2011 4:39 PM PDT

I'm moving into a new apartment and its about time to get an upgrade to my home audio/video set-up. I am between these two avr's and would appreciate any advice i could get from those knowledgable.
I was also planning on pairing which ever receiver to the polk monitor series(2 monitor 50's, 2 monitor 30's, cs1 center channel, and psw10 sub) but am now questioning that decision based on reading cnet's review of the Fluance 5 speaker surround set-up. Again appreciate any one's input who has knowledge on any of these products.
