Pioneer PDP-4345HD

I ordered this TV from Costco and received delivery 1 week back. The TV is awesome in every respect.
I am enjoying watching HBO in HD, saw Troy last night from 12:00 to 3:00am in HD - fantastic.
I have COX digital cable. Since this TV comes with a DCR media receiver, I just needed the cablecard. But, I am not getting any channel information. No program name, nothing. According to the Pioneer Website, "Plus, the expanded Passport electronic program guide makes it really easy to find the shows you want. You can view the programming schedule using easy-to-read grids that sort shows by time, theme, or title."
I called Pioneer today (saturday) and they said it will show only if the cable company is broadcasting this information.
Does anyone has any insight into this. Is COX sending this info? Or, is there anything wrong with the CableCard? I don't want to get Set top box and remote only for the Program Guide.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
