Pioneer DVR-A09 Software Installation DVD (by Ulead)

This software came with my DVR and the DVD disk is now warped beyond recovery. Where can I obtain a copy? I have tried both Pioneer and Ulead customer services as well as a couple of local repair shops to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My A09 has a CD but useless. Why?

My CD was just the usual Nero but it's sadly out of date and useless in Windows 2000 and XP. I have since moved to other titles such as CDBURNERXP for most tasks.
