Windows XP w/ Office 97
OK, where I work we are moving from Office 97 to Office 07. I have got the uninstall of Office 97 pretty well figured out with the exception of the pinned itmes. I have found were these items are in the registry for the current user but since we do not use activie directory to point to a common profile (we modify the default user profile on the local machine) I am having issues finding where the pinned item list lives for the default user so that I can script the removal of these objects. Can anyone offer any help in this matter. Or is the case that it is actually a file somewhere that the default user profile call each time it is loaded?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
