Pinnacle Movie Box

I bought a Gateway computer 2 1/2 years ago and also puchased Pinnacle Movie Box and Studio 8. Well, the Gateway system only lasted 2 weeks. But that is another story. Never able to use Pinnacle products. Now I purchased a new system and am trying to learn how to transfer my vcr tapes to DVD's. Is their anyone out there who would be willing to tutor me a little. Not all reviews that I read give much support to the Studio 8 software, but I am willing to upgrade if I can get some help on learning this system. Could not find any tutorial on Pinnacle site. HELP PLEASE. Thanks.
