Make a run with just HDMI (long HDMI cables on Amazon are not as expensive as stores) and see if that fixes it.
We moved into a new construction house about a year ago. The contractor had the media guy put a Cat5 cable in the wall to connect the TV to the receiver. (I requested an HDMI cable instead, but apparently I was veto'd by builder. I have to reset the hdmi adapters all the time as well.) I have a vizio on the wall, and a Denon AVR-S510BT receiver. My PS4 and Firestick are connected to seperate HDMI ports. I have no issues with the Cable connection, but the PS4 and Firestick when turned on has pink and green pixelation and flickering. I have to switch the receiver on and off 5 to 25 times to get them to go away. My question is, could the HDMI to Cat5 back to HDMI be part of the problem or is there another option?
Thanks in advance!
