Pinch/Zoom on windows10

I play bridge online where the cards/deals are on one layer and the chat between players is on another. Because I have diabetic fingers the main cards layer sometimes zooms but when pinched back loses the chat line. I realise I can disable pinch/zoom in settings but can this feature be disabled "permanently" until I need it again?
