I don't understand what you are trying to tell us.
Just in case you have inadvertently changed some camera settings, I suggest you reset the camera to factory settings.
How to do this can be found on Page 46 of the Camera User Guide.
See if that helps.
If the photos look OK while in the camera,
something might be happening during the download to the computer if you are using the USB cable and software.
You can put your camera memory card in a card reader and see if they look OK that way.
Or you can take it to you local photo printer service and have them look at the memory card.
If the photos are bad on the memory card you may have a camera problem.
Your camera is probably still under warranty.
So call Canon Service and see what they say.
