Question

Pictures and Video To TV

Apr 10, 2017 1:47PM PDT

What would be my easiest and simplest way to show pictures and video to my TV? I have a Google Chromecast but you have to move all the pictures you want to show into Google Photo to show them. I don't suppose that is so bad but I've never been able to find out for sure if anyone can access them without my Google login and password. My TV has a USB and HDMI ports. Can I connect to them and get pictures directly from Windows to the TV. Or show videos directly to the TV with Win. Media Player?

Then you use an under 10 buck HDMI cable and done. I have such a setup and have used it for about 5 years.

Thank you so much! That never crossed my mind. I even have the cord already, several to be exact. Thanks again.
