Price: 250-500, I don't have to pay taxes, so I can save a bit there if it's a little over the 500 mark. I got a little breathing room.
Quality: No idea what I need it for business as in Youtube videos that give great quality, but not amazing quality as in professional at this point. My business can't afford to go over budget there, so nothing over like 800 please.
I know a bit about TV, so terms like P and I are semi understandable for the most part. I need a 720P for the most part and I think that's the highest Youtube can hold currently.
Brand: Must be a flip video at this time unless you got something that's like it in design. I need something I can hold on me at all times. It must take pictures and video and flip video seems like the only thing that will run 720p and fit in my pocket since it's thing and small like an ipod.
Edit - I probably should of included this, but didn't think of it at the time. I plan on using it for sports as in moving and having a camera guy as long as a stationary mount, so I can talk into it. I bet the straight talk will be fine, but the movement of it might be a little off? I just wonder about it.
