Picture settings for 42LN543v

Hi, can anyone share their picture settings for the LG 42LN543v please. Having just installed ours it works fine but the picture quality is not the same as I saw in the show room. I could spend hours playing with it but thought if someone had some good settings then could use this as starting point as seem to be way off at the moment. Generally have a light room. Any share much appreciated! Thanks
