PICTURE QUALITY A TRUE STORY

Mar 26, 2006 7:52AM PST

Went to visit my couson at his beautiful home swimming pool etc. He is the kind of person that buys the best of everything, Except for his $70 Zenith t.v. anyway that evening I switched it on and the picture was unwatchable I asked how can you watch that thing he said it looks great to me than after dinner I clean and adjusted everything including the focus and after an hour I improved the picture 1000% So I asked him again and he said it looks the same. In closing I really want to buy him a nice sat system and small hi-def t.v. but I know what he will say it looks the same to me he also tells me that he never watches t.v. but truth is its on 7 hours a day ha ha, This also holds true when friends come over and see my billion dollor set up some just think its a regular t.v. with cheap speakers, and some go nuts when they see the beautiful picture and sound stewart

THE POINT OF MY STORY IS
Mar 27, 2006 2:08AM PST

Every once and awhile someone will post a statment saying, (my 20 year old t.v. looks just as good) (whats the point of hi-def) (hi-def is a thing of the future) (there is no hi-def programming) etc, etc, Funny but these same folks upgrade there computor and buy a new car every year, But fact is they will never invest in a nice home theater they dont care they are very happy with there oldt.v. with tin foil wrapped around the rabbit ears. getting back to my couson he picks up 2 Sacremento stations that are unwatchable and he loves it go figure and dont bother to reply because they just done listen to your feedback ha ha
