PICTURE PERFECT CD-ROM direct from SONY
by drr45 / May 2, 2008 12:25 PM PDT

Here's a link directly to the page where you can order the Picture Perfect CD-ROM for the DCR-HC21:
http://servicesales.sel.sony.com/ecom/accessories/web/viewItemDetail.do?operation=getItemDetail&itemID=534433&searchOperation=modelSearch&searchText=DCRHC21
I finally got the information from an on-line chat with a Sony Customer Service Rep. That't the good news. The bad news is that the CD is $29.95!! And there's NO FREE DOWNLOAD! Rationalization: That's cheaper than paying someone else to pull the videos onto your hard drive!

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
