Picture It! Publishing Platinum 2001 disc lost

Oct 13, 2006 9:01AM PDT

We lost disc 6 of our set, so we can't access a lot of clip art. Does anyone have disc 6 that can send us an ISO or zipped file of contents so we don't have to buy a whole new set?

Why can't you just contact the Group and explain the problem.
You have your invoice. I am sure that the group would provide you with one being a good customer.

Bob Proffitt, what do you think?

Disk still lost

You'd think they would, but I bought it back in 2002 and Microsoft doesn't offer any support now. The only options are to purchase a new set of disks off ebay or the like, or find someone with a set that can send me an ISO or that I can send a blank disk to so they can burn a copy for me.

Microsoft Picutre It Publishing Platinum Edition 2001

I know this is old but -- I have lost Disk 2 to this set! I have used this program for years and really rely on it. It has been discontinued by Microsoft. I would so appreciate borrowing a disk or sharing disks with someone, if possible. Thank you!

I have disk 6 and need disk 2. I just contacted Microsoft and there is no way to get a copy without going elsewhere to buy the entire set. I use the program all the time and hope that this is something you would like to exchange. Please call my cell: 360.710.0121 Thanks!

Nice to share?

RaineyInWa, Nice of you two to share with each other.
Unfortunately you should have emailed you solution. And not have posted your cell phone number here.
Also, never list your email address here or anywhere else unless you want a ton of SPAM and other irritating email sent to you by chance.

Good solution. Set it up on your email to each other.
Click on his profile and send him your email address.
THAT is safe as can be.

Good luck to you both. You can send me email by clicking on my profile.
Let me know how you both made out.

Unfortunately Kevin...

neither of them activated their members email links.

Many folks don't realize it is a proxy link that communicates nothing about yourself and does not allow spamming. It is only good for a member to contact another member and then, only the person sending an email is identified.

Activating their membership?

Grim, That crossed my mind also.
I just wish that members filled out their profile.
Would make it so much easier trying to contact one another.

My profile is updated every once in a while throughout the year. I also have checked contact this member.
Very safe and secure for all members.
I keep a folder with good stuff from CNET. Here is a link these two guys should read about. Not just them but all new members and everyone that wants to review CNET Policies.

Received this from Lee Koo some time ago.
Take a look, I think it covers all there is to know about everything concerning CNET.
