Question

Picture format

I'm trying to view picture that are on a burnt cd. They aren't able to view on on dvd player. I can see them on my computer, but i can't import to edit because they aren't in the right format... Can the format be changed so I can put on a different dvd?????

Do you happen to know the format?

Use irfanview from https://www.irfanview.com/ (free) to open them, then save them in the format you wish. Then burn to cd or dvd again.
If your dvd-player supports showing pictures from a USB-stick in stead of a cd or dvd, that's easier to test. If you can only use cd or dvd, try a rewritable one first.

Open your picture with paint and save again in different format. sometimes it shows the images.
