PHP and Forms

I'm kinda new to this, so I need to figure out how to get my HTML Form and the PHP to work together.
Validation etc. etc.

Are you using PHP because you are specifically working with databases? Your question caught my attention because of your username (talonman). Did you ever live in Grand Forks, North Dakota? I personally would not use PHP, but perhaps you have a good reason...
