photosuite III plat. ed. problem

Having a problem with this software. Had to remove and reinstall program for file asociation problem. Now, when it is reinstalled and I try to open it, error message "failed to create empty document" appears, program will not open. Have tried company tech help but all they do is try to sell me a new version. Can anyone help. Thanks

Didn't see anyone respond to his question. I also need answer. Same thing happened to me. I get the same message "Failed to create empy document". How can I fix it? I use my photosuite 4 a lot. Help please. Thank you.
