Question

Photosmart C7280 All-in One

My computer tech tells me that this printer has magically lost it's wireless capability. Works fine every other way and when wired. Does this seem reasonable and is there a work around?

The product link writes "Wireless 802.11g"

So it is possible if someone configured the router to be 802.11n or ac that this printer won't find the router. Also, to connect, be sure it's in the same room at under 20 feet to the router and the WiFi channel is 1 to 11.

PS. This printer shipped in 2007

Time is not friendly to these things. If it works wired, it may be the best option.
