Question

Photoshop Installation Error "this app cant run in your PC"

Sep 3, 2017 3:10PM PDT

Hi! I have been trying to install the Adobe photoshop in my laptop, but then it gave me the same error message, "this app cant run in your PC". And at the lower part of the message box, it says, " to find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher." I have tried to install different version but it gave the same error message. I have also tried to do some tips from the internet on how to fix this kind of problem but nothing seems to help me address my problem.

Had to share it.

Adobe is pretty good about installation help. But only if you bought their stuff.

This error mostly occurs when we are trying to run an app for PC of 32bit but our version bit is 64bit. Find a version for your PC after that you are able to run this on your PC.

Hi Dann, unfortunately, I had the same problem. The solution for me, and this worked like a dream was to pop into my local John Lewis store and buy a Mac. (ebay is a bit more of a gamble but great for a bargain if you are brave)...Sorry I couldn't help any more Happy
