2. You didn't share the version of the software and what the Photoshop support line told you to do about the issue.

i have been using for Photoshop for a long time and it has given me any problems until now.. a few days back my photoshop failed to function and start. i thought i could fix this by uninstalling it and reinstalling it but everytime i try to do the setup, the whole setup screen disappears when i click the setup file(after a few seconds later clicking the setup.exe). can there be a registry fault in this ?
my other programs seems to be working fine.. it is just this program that is not able to install anymore.. can this be fixed ?
