See what your display settings are set to. Most modern displays are VGA or better so the only reason you might get this warning is if you have set the display to a lower than normal setting or the install program does not recognise the video card properly.
Right click on the Desktop somewhere there is noting but background. Pick "Properties" from the menu and then "Setting" from the next pop-up. Report back what you get.
Hi. I downloaded the trail version of photoshop Elements 5.0 When I tried to in stall the program, a box poped up saying, "This program required VGA resolution or higher." What does that mean and how can I fix it?
