photoshop cs2 help

May 6, 2007 5:15AM PDT

I have an epson 2200 and I used to have photoshop 7 and a pc and I never had any problems printing on 12x12 paper, now with my mac and photoshop cs2, no matter how I configure what needs to be configured, it doesn't print, it thinks the paper is 8.5x11. any suggestions?

thanks for the help, but the updates didn't work...this is really frustrating.

That's telling.

If the updates didn't work then I'd find out why. To print on another sheet size the update must work. But all I have to work with is "didn't work." I can't tell if the update didn't install or you are not talking about the update but the original problem.

I seem to remember a problem with Epson drivers and OS X.
Although the company issues drivers, the OS has a bundle of "Gimp" drivers installed.
I wouldn't mind betting your next paycheck that your Epson 2200 is using the Gimp drivers and not the Epson issued one.

I'm trying to remember the fix for the problem; I had the same with a 785ex. I do remember that it is a little convoluted but it did work.

I'll continue to check

the updates did install properly (sorry for not mentioning it). I'll contact epson and see what they say. In the meantime, I'll try anything.
