During a recent blackout I was looking through files and folder that are on my laptop, to my surprise I found some 15000 photo's on my laptops HDD - but NONE were photo's I had taken, the majority seemed to come from the 8.1 home page as they were from the propaganda that passes as news, I deleted the images but noticed a short while ago that there were already another 300 that have been saved.

Can anyone out there tell me what I have too look for to stop this reoccuring.

Clarification Request
I wonder if these were from web browsing.

When we browse the pictures are cached by the browser to speed things along.

Before you start manually cleaning up, open the web browser and clear it's cache areas. This varies with which app so I have to pause here.

Just thinking out loud.

It sounds like there is a "automatic" picture saving feature in your computer, I wonder if there is such application.
