Photofunstudio v. 5.2L126 misbehaves on Windows 10

By mistake, upgraded to Windows 10. Panasonic Photofunstudio (PFS) continued to work ok. By more mistakes, reloaded twice W10 - by myself and by pc-doctor. Now PFS loads pictures from camera FZ100 but refuses to show any pictures on pc folders. Toggled PFS 'Registered folders' to empty and back. Seems to generate PFS internal photo directory but shows no content = photos. Looked for file access authority, no help.
Any ideas for possible reason? Panasonic assures compatibility with fresh W10 but not for upgraded one. Possibly some conflicting ' W registry files' or anything similar.
For my practical need good workarounds are:
- W Photo Viewer
- Replace outdated pc with a fresh one
If reason identified, might help some other PFS v5.2 users.
