photo's to cd

Nov 1, 2006 4:12AM PST

i am trying to burn some photo's to a cd and i'm not quite shure about how to so:
i am using my digital camera software which does not have burn to cd, or my cd burner software ( nti cd maker)which hasn't a photo copy but does have one for, music and data and a cd extra. i'm not shure if the cd extra will burn the photos or not. could someone please help me, or tell me if there is a program that will do this for me. thanks to all.

Photos to CD

If you're using XP, it will copy any files to CD. Whether XP or not, take a look at IrfanView (at www.irfanview.com). It's free, and while a bit quirky, seems to do a good job of photo stuff, including creating a slideshow on the CD.

Create A Data CD...

First, you'll need to find the folder where the actual photo files exist.. (It's usually in "My Documents/My Pictures" somewher) If you haven't saved the picture files to the computer yet, you'll need to connect the camera to the computer, then copy the pictures to a folder on the computer. Once that's done, then simply make a Data CD with your burner software and copy the picture files to the burner project. Depending on how much file space the pictures take, you can burn all, or some to the CD disk. Once that's done, simply burn the project to your disk.

Hope this helps.
