Photo programs help

Feb 6, 2005 12:59PM PST

Hei. I recently got Adobe Photoshop and it's the first program like this I've ever had. It seems great for editing pictures, but I want to do projects such as collages. Does Photoshop give you this option? Is there some sort of freeware that can give me a competant workshop for this? Or perhaps non freeware that will let me do one as their free to try segment. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

I did a download.com search but everything was either pay or lame. Somebody showed me how to do a nice one in photoshop, so I used that one. However, if my next post is a tough question I might have to use that one.
