Does anyone know of a good online photo editor (similar to photoshop or better) that can crop, adjust, contort, flip, or possibly morph images? I need this tool for my research. Or a cheap software I can buy to accomplish this?

it doesnt have to be online it could be a inexpensive software that i could purchase, but i will look into these suggestions.
