I was wondering if there is a photo editing software that is used like call of duty emblem editor?

You may have to stick to that.

There are many fine good editors at ninite.com. But here's something I'm running into today. Some think editing should not require a little work or learning the apps. I think it's OK to work a little at mastering your apps.

How else do we get such masterpieces today?

I think for for photo editing Adobe Photoshop is best. But to create vector characters in a best shapes you must need to use Adobe Illustrator. Happy

Depending on the amount of photo editing you wish to do, there are a lot of free photo editors out there. If you're looking for paid software, then, Lightroom or Photoshop would be your best bet. Irfan View, GIMP/GIMP2 are a couple of free photo editors.

I wouldn't call a vector graphics editor a photo editor. Why do you think it's the same?
