I don't know if it can be done but, if she's that tricky , I wonder if she's has a Key Logger installed on your computer ?
She may even be watching you now . Remember the tv's that were spying on folks ?
This is a very off topic, but I needed to find a forum of tech savvy enthusiast to get some advice. I have a family member (crazy mother) who is tapping into my sister and my conversations. We're 30+ years old - no need for her to invade our privacy! My family and I are ready to take this a step further into a legal matter, but we need to know what we're up against. This person tapped other friends and family many years ago in the old land line, cassette tape tapping days (Because like I said she is C-R-A-Z-Y!) Why charges weren't pressed by that party is beyond me?! Her husband is a little bit tech savvy, which we believe might be her source of help, because she is very tech illiterate. He runs both Mac OSX and Windows on his laptop, which I didn't think was possible but I have seen it first hand (is that a red flag?) I guess my question is, is it possible for her to spy on our text messages or phone discussions remotely without our knowledge? I live 3,000 miles away from her but she is definitely doing something. We're planting seeds by mentioning something completely off the wall (i.e. moving to a particular city, speaking of traveling to Norway) and she is bringing it up to us subtly (i.e. "are you planning to move soon?, "ever thought about visiting Norway? etc.). It's not just paranoia, because A) she has a past of tapping people's phone conversations and B) she is validating when we set little discussion traps. Could she have a bug in the house? Wouldn't it have to be powered? Can they be hidden? Sometimes when we're on the phone with her there is an echo and you hear about a half-second delay and hear your own voice echo in the background. We typically hang up or change the subject because she loves to record conversations. (Did I mention she is CRAZY?) If we decided to pursue legal action, we need to prove it can be done, otherwise, like before when we attempted legal action there was no evidence so we couldn't proceed. Just wanted some advice on how this could be done.
