Phone Support plans for Microsoft Access

Jun 25, 2008 3:14AM PDT

I remember the old days when Microsoft offered free phone support for Access and Intuit offered phone support to Quickbooks for something like $25/year (not for bugs, but help for using the products).

I know that CompUsa used to sell a support pack(thru I think Dial A Tech) for around $150/year - all you can eat.

What if any options are there today for such support?

Thank you.

What I see today is from 50 to 500 per hour.

Depending on the title and what the user needs help on. It's inline with the hourly pay of an IT Pro.

To be sure, just not like the old days.
