External speakers alone can't be driven by any model phone I see today. The output is for headphones which is some 1/10 or less of a Watt. Speakers take many more Watts.
Take the phone to your service counter and see what they say about this.
I found my old external speakers in my house..so I plug in those speakers to my phone for checking whether they are working or not...at the time I plug in ,suddenly my phone turned off..I again do this..but the same thing happen...then after one day, I noticed that my internal phone speakers are making some type of white noise..like a FM radio...this white noise increases by time..But in this condition only my internal speakers were not working...all the other things like headphones were working..I was able to make a call..everything was fine...except my internal speakers of phone...then I don't know why, I again connected my phone to the old speakers..and now nothing is working ... I make a call I hear nothing, except a very low white noise..I connected headphones ..same problem persist....
Overall , my phone is not giving any sound as a output...In phone calls, headphones, internal speakers, only a low volume white noise can be heard...What can I do for this wierd problem....my phone is redmii4 ..plz help..
