Question

Phone problem, very bad

Mar 3, 2018 6:05PM PST

I have a phone, 5months old, ICEPLUS2 Cloudfone Android. Hmm, have this problem, idk in battery or in system. When I turn on my phone, it turns on but just shows the opening like "samsung", or "cloudfone" then turns off. I try to turn it with charger plugged, it turns on and I unplugged it and after a few seconds, it turns off automatically. 88% then it goes 0!% and the "5 seconds and phone will shutdown" shows up. I observed that it only uses one percent before it turns off. I feel like the 100% showed in the battery bar is only one percent but the battery is full. IDK, I'm pretty confused right now. Can anyone help me?

I've yet to find such without the usual one year warranty.

Right now, my problem has worsen. I can't turn it on unless if the charger is plugged. And If I try to unplug it, it would turn off.

Even better.

A dead phone gets them working harder to exchange it as very few phones are repaired at the shops today. Shops are pretty much limited to battery changes and that other chain that does cracked screens.

So?

Hmm, so what is the reason behind this problem? Should I go to some repair shop or should I go back to where I bought this ? Thanks for helping me.

Professional diagnostic

Hi there! It looks like your battery is dead! I suggest that you take it to your nearest phone repair shop and get it checked for a professional diagnostic. I suppose that they will replace the battery. However, make sure that they have an original one in there! Otherwise, it will only last for a short time before causing you more sorrow!

I don't think it's the battery. Phone battery appears when charger is plugged even if its off right ? It shows 89%. The problem got even worse, it does not turn off without the charger plugged on.
