Does anyone have a valid phone number I can use to talk to a CSR for online orders? It's impossible to find one on the site and I need to talk to someone before placing an order.

Several weeks ago I ordered the tech tracker, or whatever it is exactly called. 20760245
As I understand it, I have the plus, which I do not know how to make functional.
In addition, everytime I try to use the TT I am told that I need to attach it to a computer. But it never attaches. WHAT DO I DO?
At the bottom of every page you'll find a link to the Help Center. From there, you can file a help ticket to the TechTracker team; they'll be able to assist you with your activation emails via email.
