Just try purch a prepaid phone, most carriers do not rent phones in the US.
Is it possible to rent a phone for a week in the DC area? What vendors are available and what fees are invovled?
Thanks

Prepaid is usually the way to go. While most carriers dont offer that service you can often get a prepaid set up at a kiosk right in the airport. Never went to DC by air so not sure where, but at JFK they are all over the international terminals. I would check there. Fees Cant really answer that, An entire phone is about 100-130, so if you have a sim phone all you need to do is replace the sim, your looking at 50-100 give or take.
