What exactly are you looking for... just a table with phone numbers and names... or more like a database? Or are you looking to import/export data, or is your primary goal just to display the info? Also, how much data are we talking?

Sovereign:

This for a large college (for instructor and services emails/phone, so it would be at least 1000 entries. It would have to have access by various people. For example, department chairs can keep their departments information up to date. It would also have to be searchable because some students may only know the first or last name of an instructor. So, I really would not know if it would be a database or not. I am a student there and am making this recommendation to the college (the current directory is just display and is never updated because our web designer/master is swamped and instructors cannot change/add information).

Thanks for your answer!
