Phone crashing

May 8, 2016 11:56AM PDT

i just started using an old Samsung Fame because my phone broke, and i have the following problem:

Some time after turning the phone on, my screen competely stops, the phone crashes completely and turns off.
I can only turn it on again if i remove the battery and wait sometime. But the process repeats.

If someone knows how to solve this, i would like to know.

Remove the added memory card if this supports it and try one last time. If crashing you could try a new battery but past these 2 ideas it's dead Jim.
